SalonLogs provides free reference templates and a free browser-based pedicure cleaning log generator for informational purposes. The content on this site is not legal advice and is not an official government form. Cosmetology, barbering, and health regulations vary by state and change over time — always confirm current requirements with your own state board before relying on any template here for an inspection.

The paid kit

The $9 Salon Compliance Log Kit is a one-time purchase, delivered as an instant digital download (PDF) through Gumroad. Because it's a digital product delivered immediately, sales are final except where required by law or at our discretion for a clear technical fault with the file.

Acceptable use

You may print, copy, and adapt the free and paid templates for your own salon's use. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a competing product.

No warranty

The templates and generator are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including fitness for passing a specific inspection.
